Nice Collection, Better Service and Nice Staffs I went to this store to buy jewelry and bought the items I was looking for. The staffs are very nice and they know manners. I forgot the salesman name but the salesman is very nice and polite. Especially the store manager is very nice and talk with smile. He addresses the issues and respect the customer thoughts. I think he treats each and every customer very nicely and I have observed that. I surely recommend this store.

Excellent service by Vishwanath.He not only understood the request on jewellery that I wanted to personalize but also helped fast track the delivery as we were traveling out of town.Such a personal touch and awesome job!!

It was a pleasant experience for us when we visited Bhima Jewellers. Staff were extremely friendly and always with a happy face with lots of patience. Especially it was Karthik who helped us in Phoenix mall store. Showroom is neat and clean and you can see many things with patience all the staff members will show you multiple jewellery items. Overall a great experience hear at the Phoenix mall store.
