Need trained staff, even senior staff unable to guide customer, it took several days/calls but still they couldn’t settle one (online) purchase post I invested a scheme. I’m feeling bit helpless as I don’t want to visit the mall during this time and my money seems to be stuck. Please get them trained to use online payment platform like google pay etc.

I didn't access the complete section of the shop.. Only checked for baby bangles.. They have a decent collection on them... I think they can have more of them...

High making charges .. just for the brand name doesn't make sense to pay so.much high . For same grams , we get atleast 10-20% discount elsewhere . End of the day we buy gold as investment . They need to reduce making charges and give value to customers .
