Very very disgusting experience. The location is in the middle of the bike/car market and it’s very unhygienic place. Some of the reception staff were not at all up to the mark.I was booked the hotel with MMT and While receiving me in the hotel the staff asked me that “why you paid the amount to MMT don’t pay to them”. The lift is just for name sake and not working. And they will provide packed drinking water at the rate of 30/ bottle. The photos which have been uploaded in the sites are not real.nnToiletries are really pathetic, floors are not at all cleaned and bed sheets and pillows are really horrible.nnWorst experience ever in my life.

Rooms were clean but bedsheets wasn't. Fridge and TV wasn't working. Service was slow and after checkout we're forced to give 5 star ratings on oyo app. So don't trust the oyo ratings

They room is good and staff is good. But don't by the oyo rating because the location is shady and not couple friendly.nIf it's just you and the boys please go ahead.

My friend lost her gold ring. She was crying and upset the whole night. Its actual market price was 25k. However, this ring was the last memory of her deceased father. Therefore, it was more of an emotional loss rather than wealth. The hotel cleaning staff cleaned the room and kept the golden ring on the T. V. My friend spotted the ri g in the morning. She yelled so loudly that I rushed to see her immediately. She has found the gold ring. The hotel staff were amazing. Thanks Hotel City Castle for this amazing memoryud83dudc8dud83dude0aud83dude4f
