They follow COVID guidelines strictly:nnI was denied a stay there as I as a foreigner didn't have PCR report with me at the time of check-in.nnWhile it added a lot of hassle for me and my plans when I got the report(negative) an hour later, still I appreciate that they follow COVID guidelines strictly.

Rooms and Room service is fine. Comfortable, spacious and neat rooms. Only problem is the lane at which the hotel is located.. Very narrow market lane and cab services like ola and uber has difficulty in finding this place according to the gps location

Pros:n1. Decent hotel roomsn2. Best location as this is in the Karol Bagh market as well as near to a metro station (walkable distance)nnCons:n1. No phone network inside the building and have to rely on their WiFi network which is also very poorn2. Food quality is pathetic, never order from the hotel's restaurantn3. One of Managers at the reception doesn't speak/treat to the customers properlyn4. Room service not so good

We stay here within half months our experience was great. Cooperative all the staff behaviour like as family to our guests. Provide best faculty in this reaches area in cheaper rate. Room size also big with good decoration also room furniture make room so beautiful. At the end I tells that provide best facilities as well as possible by hotel. We are satisfied service of this hotel
