Very nice station ..u can njoy hot Jalebi & Phaphda !!!

Good clean place nowadays, wifi is available. Crowd is not allowed due to covid restrictions, less trains are running compare to pre covid period.nAutos are available from outside but they ask for extremely higher charges so better to walk up to fly over and then get the auto from their on affordable charges.

Gandhidham Railway station : A small, cleaned & cool station under NW Railway situated near Kandla Port & Bhuj ( Kutch), Gujarat. A small town station with less people & few passenger trains but a major route for goods trains. There we found hardly three counters selling various items on platform number one. Platform no.2 is for in coming passengers trains & rest for the goods trains. The administration of the station is not efficient & active. In short it's ok category.

The station is clean and there's no foul smell of any kind! There is no ticket window in operation right now so you can't get a platform ticket. But that's okay.. as there's no one to check if you've got a platform ticket (this is when I had visited). There are many trains leaving the station everyday.. it's busy as it gets.. so make sure to check the train schedule on Indian railways website and check the live updates of the train you're gonna travel in as trains arriving from Bhuj or from Samakhiyali wait for nearly 15-20 mins. This is because the engine is switched from one end to the other. The process time has reduced significantly!! But the departure time written in the ticket is the time when the train will leave the station and not when it'll arrive so reach 15 to 25 mins early to the station or you might miss the train.

All are well maintained but platform is dirty!
