Very Welcoming and Supportive staff. Yes Boss kind of an attitude. Mr. Bhat, Deepti and other Staffs were very helpful to cater my guest. Have booked rooms for my guests who came to attained my sister's wedding. I have selected this property only and only because of the helpful staff. Loved their attitude. Staff ho to aise.!!n> Hotel Related Info:nReception is at 4th floor and parking is at basement. Big vehicles will parked at the nearby paid parking place.n> Connectivity:nThis hotel is on a very busy road and has very well connectivity from Valsadn- Railway Station (5mins.)n- Bus Depot (5mins.)n- NH 48 (15mins.)n- Rickshaws are always available.n> Nearby Placesn- Valsad Main Market (5mins.)n- Hospitals (5mins.)n- Beach (20mins.)n- Hill Station (30-45mins.)

Banquet hall for small function. Nice food. Center of the city doesn't having parking I guess.

Pathetic. No one to help you for luggage or parking.only one reception person there to take charge no other staff It's located in complex. Basement parking is horrible. No nearby place for car parking as it's on congested area. Avoid this hotel.

Rates are too high as compared location and rooms, no inhous resto not recommended for family.
