Best place of students and it's study

This is actually a gov.library and totally free for everyone.Anyone can come and study here.Its timing is good 8am-7pm (Mon-Sat).nSitting arrangement is also good and quite sufficient.nBut..nThis is not so Quiet place to study as compared to private libraries. And also there's no cabins here but only a large table and chairs around it.nDiscipline also not so good here.sometimes its disturby also but very decent gov.library at all.
