OYO 13843 Moonlight Residency

- Place not cleann- receptionist too ruden- no proper parkingn- its just a house which is not being used since ages.

Not cleaned. Insects, mosquitos, bed sheets not clean. Dusts on chairs, tables and almirah..

There is no Moonlight Residency it is a Garbage moonlight Residency Hotel Bad experience not safe door lock is broken and there is a hole any one can see from out sidenPoor quality and dirty of linensnHotel furniture in very bad conditionnAir conditioners stuff on floor anyone can get electric shock, Room landline allso not working.nThis hotel is a looting machine,They will give you nothing complementary,Outside food is not allowed therenNot even water bottle you have to buy in side the hotelnThey will not give oyo shower kit amenitiesnAnd staff is Unprofessional POOR SERVICE I have waited for tv remote 2hr when I asked again then one staff throw from the door..nguys don't book this hotel at all..

I had a great stay in that hotel.. hotel staff is good and helpful helpful and it was clean services are good and you will feel like your in your home if you need to get a hotel in peace in Gurgaon you can go for this is my recommendation ever and ever and it's a budget hotel though ... Locality around the hotel is very awesome...nAt most important don't book this hotel by oyo any other service just call on the property and you will get the best price other services this is my recommendation ud83dudc4dnThis was the second experience with oyo which has ruined my trip completely...
