Super pathetic staff ,especially guys inside the store, pretend like they are Steve jobs. I visited store at 6 pm for purchasing iPhone 12 ,they locked store and guard told me come at 8:00 pm. I requested many times I want to talk any technical person but no one bothered to attend. Again I came at 8:06 pm but this time guard told me that you are late for 6 minutes, totally rubbish behaviour of all store people , they were in honeymooning mode and customers are fun for them. I am doctor by profession and I felt lots of humiliation after this incidence. After me they were not giving entry to other people also. All are requesting to go inside but guard was like superman and didn't give entry to any one. Two - three staffs were sitting free and comfortably, but didn't attend customers.nnTotally unprofessional behaviour team my imagine store

Very Courteous staff especially Mr Shahdab. He was very patient and paid full attention. Made iphone buying experience seamless and more memorable.

One of the worst buying experience. Employees are way too rude. For every query, they will revert so rudely that better you do your research online and visit store just to check the hardware with mouth shut. Old employees with no focus on customer experience. Store selling good doesn't means store is doing good.
