Zoomcar Self drive car rental- Gurgaon Sector-28 Parking Lot

I would like to give a big thumbs up and 5 stars to their excellent service, this is my first experience with revv and i am highly impressed..i booked it for 4 days in Bhubaneshwar and had a wonderful experience..be it the ease of booking, or prompt and well mannered customer care executives, or car condition, or refund policy..everything was smooth and crystal clear. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

No refunds since past 3 months. No response on phone or email. I'm going to consumer couer now. I booked a car and paid in advance in the app. I was told that we need original drive license. So cancelled booking. Since past 1 month now, they have not refunded me 11000/- rs. No response on their no. Lady cs Usha keeps disconnecting the call. And no emails response..Poor service and pathetic application. I made great mistake of trusting them. Don't waste your money and time...

Please do not get carried away with deals they do not refund security amount as promised in 30 days ,nobody even bother to reply back on mails sent regarding reminders .

Bookingid: JPS6N5SV2. I completed by booking on 4th of July till now the refund is not initiated. I called the Customer care Team 3 to 4 times. And it's the worst Customer Care service they are having. WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE THIS APP IS NOT GOOD. The Customer Service people are playing with their words should ban this app.
