Worst customer service. Got this company ICD device thinking its topmost brand with great service and product but unfortunately never expected such a behaviour from reputed company to this level of frustration adding more agony and pain to the patient already suffering. Will never recommend this brand to anyone as after sales is worst.

One of the good company, but support is limited I am facing it since few days...nnIf there a call center where we could talk?!nDoctors even says on particular day only will get support from this company though patient has or shows any symptoms.....nnWhy is so?!!nIs there someone to answer
