Very hospitable staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Also the food is good and have a variety of options in the buffet.nStaff is polite and rooms are warm and well equipped with all the facilities. We visited in February and it doesn't feel cold inside.nMust visit. Very family friendly.

The staff is amazing esp the manager. We did have some problem in the beginning but the manager telly handle it so well. 5 star for such great professionalism. Love the Kahwa here.

Horrible experiencenn1. No Room Heatersn2. No 24-7, Hot water , For some rooms there was timing mentioned for Hot water. morning 6-12 and evening 6-12. In a place like Kashmir when hot water is really inevitable that's not accepted.n3. Room service was really poor , for towels we had to almost wait for 2 hours , we were asked to use one towels among 3 people.n4. Old towels were not replaced with new ones.

Apart from one of the receptionist, everyone was nice. Food is a bit pricey. Over-all it was a good stay.

Even being four star the amenities were basic hot water was 24/7 but room heating they start only in the evening. Breakfast was again basic you get Bread and butter jam, boiled eggs and parota or some dish. Nothing more...
