Nice hotel with good food and ambiance.nYou get the view of famous Dal lake from this resort. It also has small garden in front and nice cozy rooms to stay.nBoth veg and nonveg food is available. And very well maintained rooms. Staff if co-operative too.

This hotel has a really good view, it's on the top in a quite neighborhood.nFood was good but the breakfast could have been better, no options at all.

Room had a balcony and the rooms were cosy.nCovid precautions were followed, also the staff were very polite and helpful. They served us authentic kashmiri cusine which was very tasty and well within budget.nOverall a very comfortable stay with an overlooking beauty of Dal lake !nOur stay was of 4 nightsnCan't give a 5* rating as the washroom drainage kept clogging.

The resort has set its standards as high as the peaks of Kashmir. Each and every facility provided by the resort management was outstanding and there are no shortcomings whatsoever. Excellent bunch of people in the resort be it for any cause(food, cleanliness, transportation) Each and every individual was very polite and cooperative which includes the driver who was also very kind, helpful, and most importantly patient he was not at all irritated at any instant of time which is an excellent quality to have.. Cheers to the hotel staff
