I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was a great experience. It is run by a family and the owner Gul Mohammad and his father are very humble and caring which made our stay very comfortable. The room as well as food both are quite good.nThey also provided us good ab options with friendly drivers, at reasonable prices.

We stayed in houseboat for 4 nights..it was a comfortable stay as the arrangements were very nice. The bed was comfy and warm. We were served breakfast and dinner by them only which was like home. Bathroom was clean. Imran, Gul Mohammad and his family were very welcoming. Overall stay in the houseboat was good and cost efficient. And yes the boat service for going and coming was free for you.

Great Experience. Stay at the houseboat was absolutely wonderful. Room and washroom were clean. The food is homely too.nImran(owner) pre-planned our whole trip so well! Made sure that all our requirements are met. We had a wonderful stay at the House Boat New Suzan.

It was a wonderful experience in Kashmir to stay in house boat at Dal Lake. Me and my family have chose to stay in New Suzan Houseboat. We had a wonderful experience in our 5 nights stay at New Suzan. Our host Imran was very cooperative and helpful. A big salute to our Chacha, he made our stay easy by take caring our one and half year old baby. A highly recommendable place for people looking for affordable stay in Dal Lake with class services.
