Located in a quiet and calm village environment, with clean rooms and helpful service staff, our stay with KristalKool would have been a pleasant one if not for the power issues we had to deal with. This property doesn't have any power backups. We stayed here for Feb 25-26. Power went off sometime around night, and we ended up staying in our room without electricity for nearly 6-7 hours. This was a major let down for us who came here after a strenuous day out at Nandi Hills, and hoping to have a good nights' rest.

Its a brand new property, took a cab from Bangalore international airport to the property and was surprised the property is nestled amidst green lands fully gated, safe and within 20 minutes drive from airport. It just took me about 45-60 minutes to go from here to my meeting near Manyata tech park. Since the property is new felt very safe in the pandemic.nnThe property has mattress, linen of a 5* category hotel, very humble staff. Will surely visit again

One of the worst experience i have had ever, if u r going just only to sleep and vacate the room, then i would encourage all to go for it, but if u are going with friends to have fun or to enjoy, then its a big No.. Felt like being in Hostel, lot of restrictions, no one stayed in the hotel when we stayed apart from the so called Manager and Room boy, and no nearby houses or shops too, but u will get a call every 15mints from the Manager for all silly things, but when we really wanted to have a conversation with the Manager while check out, he hides somewhere. They will nod their head for everything before booking, but not after that. Worst stay to the core, think twice before anyone chooses to stay here, infact don't think of it only. I would suggest to change the name from Kristalkool Resort to Kristalkool Jail or Hostel. I believe all the good reviews are paid reviews or within the management people's

Best place to b as individual/ couple/ family during this pandemic time as the property is new, fully gated, surrounded by agricultural fields, within 600mts from Nandi hills main road, the staff were very polite, friendly & put extra effort to make us feel comfortable. The property is started by an professional who ventured in to his first hospitality entrepreneurship, met him during the visit, he was humble, gave us a special discount of 5%. The property currently doesn't have power backup, though v did not have any inconvenience & I think we shud support such properties.. v had a nice time
