High service charge and No privacy guaranteednnLast week I went there for disconnecting my laptop keyboard. The service boy asked my Laptop password (I don't know why). They told me the charge was 350rs for just disconnecting the keyboard and it will take 2 days. So I went another shop and they did the same for 100rs and within half an hour without any password. So I think the service charge here is high here and privacy is not guaranteed.

Poor Quality and no service support , Better Buy a Chinese Toy . ... horrible staff. i addressed the staff and better is to go another centre

very bad service;nDue to service delay I keep my lap there two days (silver colour) when they return back my lap, its full of dust, pen mark and dirty of course they handle our lap just like fish market (may be service boys) I think this all due to very very bad management .They only concentrate the sales, they don't want to maintain the existing customers.The problem with my  lap doesn't solve due to deficiency of spare parts. Of course we can understand the covid-19  situation but just for checking the wifi card issue it takes two days and for that I had to pay 500 rupees. Successfully wasted my two working days, time and money.

High service charge...

Customer service is very poor..My desktop stopped working after one month of purchasing.I booked a complaint one month ago.. Still no action taken...
