I purchased the car from here. The experience with them is really good. Though there is too much delay in getting the cars/the preferred model, the staff is really good and give timely information. Just a call and they mention the latest status. My service advisor was Jinesh, the best part is, he is available day or night and gives us the update. Even after purchase, Jinesh followed up and was available to solve any issues and provide any support required. Over all a happy customer.

My name is santhosh mpnI have a serious issues with DKH Kia calicutnI had booked a normal Kia edition HtX with dkh Kia calicutnAfter one weeek they called us and said there is one anniversary edition left if you want you can opt for it it cost 50,000 extra and it will be delivered as soon as possiblenSo I agree with them and transferred 10 lakh to their accountnEarly they said 4 car will come and 1 among that anniversary edition and all other normal and anniversary edition is for younnBut i noticed that they delivered my same car to some other person in my locality and now they say you won’t get anniversary editionnnAnd now when I asked them same staff say actually 3-4 anniversary edition came and they delivered one to themnnI want you to take serious action regarding this matternI need to get my anniversary edition as soon as possiblenThey give us false promises, trying to fool usnI don’t need car but they should keeep manners

Overall nice experience with DKH Kia Calicut. First and foremost thing is that staffs are very supportive and cooperative. Delivered my car as scheduled with all papper work which is required for registration activities....... Looking forward best in class car service as well.
