Nandi Mandap

The Nandi temple is a Hindu temple in Khajuraho town of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is devoted to Nandi, the bull which serves because the mount of Shiva, in Hindu mythology. As a not unusual architecture trend, temples of Shiva show stone pics of a seated Nandi going through Shiva. Following the fashion, this temple is located contrary to the Vishvanatha Temple, that's devote to Shiva. This structure is one of the monument among Khajuraho Group of Monuments, a World Heritage Site in India.

Nandi Mandapam facing Mhadev Temple has a large monolithic statue of Nnadi. Nandi mandap is located at viswanath temple complex. This is undoubtedly one of the biggest and beautifully carved monolithic bull I have ever seen.
