I must say IIMR is one of the college that provides me the balance of academic learning along with the ample exposure to the industry. Even during the times of pandemic, when physical exposure to industry is limited, we have been provided different opportunities in the form of webinars and expert lectures. Through theses we are able to get the current industry trends that help us to prepare ourselves for the future placements and internships. Along with these lectures we have been given regular guidance from the placement department right form the beginning.

No doubt I made the best choice of my career; IIMR is one among those unique institutions which help students in not only building their career but also enhances distinctive competencies and skill-sets that help students grow in their professional life at an exponential pace. Another feather in the cap are the professors that impart quality education to its students. Never can a student find himself lost in a concept and professors not being able to rescue him! This backed by an excellent infrastructure ensures that as students we get the best and latest technical knowledge. What amazes me is the plethora of skill based SIG's in different domains to pursue his/her interest. Being a part of such an esteemed institute like IIMR is like a blessing for me.

IIMR is a very welcoming Institute for students who are looking for a good mix of academics, extra curricular as well as Skill Development. Flipped Classrooms, regular assignments and online training are one of the best offerings at IIMR. The most impressive part is the concept of Special interest groups and recognised certifications. Rigorous training in personality and aptitude development makes us more confident. The academic and psychological support is exceptional.

After getting admission in IIMR, I must say I have selected one of the best college for MBA. Despite not being presented in the college, I have received the complete support and assistance from my teachers. One of the best thing about the IIMR is syndicate sessions where we have been allotted the mentors, who consider all our personal as well as professional needs during this pandemic and help us throughout in dealing with it. In IIMR students are treated as part of the family where all our needs are being taken care.

I believe I have made the best choice while selecting IIMR, as it says the time of crises often clarifies the priorities, this is what I have learned about IIMR in the current situation. At IIMR students skill development through SIG is the utmost priority. Additionally, the initiative of psychological and mental well-being of the students is also taken during covid times. Under this initiative, Respected DG sir interacts with the students to and answer their queries related to career dilemmas, personal problems, etc. Syndicate charges have been allocated to students who are in regular connection with them to take care of their well-being along with their academic needs.
