I had been in a small village in Karnataka 10 years ago and they had better electricity service and transparency. The power supply has been extremely bad these days, though we pay our bills wholeheartedly. It's a Disappointment.... I hope someday the Officers in charge strictly operate the service. I don't see any reason why there should be cases of multiple load shedding and power outages, increase the bills if you have to but let's not cheap out on the service Quality. I can't even attend my online classes properly.
