Stayed there for one night. Apartment was very clean and neat. Had a kitchen, living area, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Area is bit noisy in day and in night as lot of vehicles and people talking on the road. Host was really sweet. She came in the night to deliver us milk and breads for our morning breakfast. Apartment is very spacious. Had some issues with warm water in one bathroom but there were 2 bathrooms so we managed it.nWe got the entire apartment in less than 2k per night which is totally value for money.

One of the best service apartment I have ever stayed in. We had a stay of 4 nights at this service apartment. And this place has everything you can ask for. Although the location is not at the most popular location called 'police bazar', it is a ₹10 share cab/bus ride only and takes around 10 minutes. The nearby area (within 200 mtrs) is a busy one with popular restaurants, hospitals.nThe apartment can accommodate upto 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms. It gets more cost effective with higher occupancy. The apartment has fully furnished kitchen where you can cook. This place a mini fridge, toaster, electric kettle, RO water purifier, gas connection, grinder, rice cooker and all type of utensils along with spices of basic types. Although one of the pics is showing a gravity water filter, but it seems that is quite old pic and that is replaced by an RO by Aquaguard. 2 bathrooms with geysers installed in both. Then in idle evening you can have a timepass playing board games - chess, snake and ladder and crossword puzzles. Sometimes you need this as most of the days you will be back by early evening from all the trips.nAnd host lady is very sweet and really great. She kept on asking if we need anything. Even she called up to check for breakfast supplies which is first time for me (And definitely a regular from her side as the other reviews suggest). Ideal for families as well as group of friends.nAlthough lots of pictures are there, can't resist to share the ones taken by us.nnHIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL.

Nice & clean place

The apartment was very clean & cosy. Its the best place to stay with family if you are in Shillong. The host is very hospitable as well. The road is under construction there, but car manages to go inside. The neighbourhood is also very good. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the stay & would recommend all.
