I wish i could give minus rating. Anyways had booked this for a family of 8 in 3 rooms. The rooms are clean but VERY VERY VERY SMALL even for 2 person.nnIn top of that they added food bills which we didn't even ordernnDisappointed with the service and management attitude

Loved the Hospitality and services given by hotel. Cleanliness was good but room size was ok or small rather. Food is also very nice .best is it's just 2 min walk from golden temple

Superb hotel and rooms... Specially near by market place and Golden temple... Management and staff was so good and supportive... Specially thanks to Mr. Baljit for all support and help.

I booked this hotel for my clients last year but due to the lockdown the trip didn't happen. I made an advance of Rs.5000/- to them. Due to the crisis and bad situation everywhere I remained silent and did not ask for the refund.nI contacted them later after things were a bit in control. After sending countless msgs and calls they said they will provide a credit note and refund wont be possible. I had to wait for this answer for 1year..lol. Ok I agreed to it. Many suffered during the crisis period.nnA month back my client called me and was asking for the money as they were facing a dire medical emergency and needed all the monetary help they could gather. They pleaded to me to talk with the hotel and if the money could be somehow be paid back to them.nnI contacted the guy named Gurpreet from this hotel. I don't know who he is. Sent him many messages and calls but they didn't bother to attend the calls nor reply to any messages. Such is the mindset of the people of Hotel Golden Lagoon.nnI will not be recommending this hotel as they have a very insolent behaviour and feel free attitude from inside. Businesses are not done like this.

Great place to stay. Clean and hygienic rooms.nThe location is very convenient. Walking distance from Golden Temple and at the centre of almost all tourist attractions.nThe staff is really helpful and cooperative.
