The staff wasn’t professional at all. The rooms were smelly, however the manager tried his best to hide it using the freshener. the rooms weren’t even close to what it was shown in the photos, damp walls, dirty bedsheets. The main door was hard to open even for the manager when we first arrived. We got locked outside the room and couldn’t open the door. The bathroom door was hard to open as well. Room service was zero. We were asked to pay for water as well. There was no complementary water. Rooms weren’t cleaned everyday.nWorst experience ever.nWould not suggest anyone this hotel.

Overall experience was very bad. Good food but room amenities were not good. The AC of my room was leaking water which was felling on my bed. I informed the hotel staff and they said they will get it done till i come back after 2-3 hrs, when i came back at night, nothing was done. Whole night i faced the problem. The bedsheets were also not properly clean and fresh. No blanket was available in the room. The one star is only for the good breakfast.
