Nice ambience and cozy welcoming and helping staff. I felt they have more of traditional designs in gold jewellery which were liked a lot by my mom but speaking about contemporary style jewellery which I was looking for; I felt there were very few design options for that.

Good selection.. very crowded place.. no/limited place for parking.. we had to park our vehicle in near by mall (paid parking)

I had bought a gold certificate from Kalyan Jewellers for during the lockdown.Today on visiting the Amritsar location at first they got the certificate and,my id .Then they sent me an OTP for redemption.Once I gave them the OTP they took almost 15 min and then told me they do not have a coin for the said weight only higher weight coins were available...either I should pay the extra charge or go back another time to get my gold coin.when I asked them to give it in writing they refused.finally I had to pay extra and get some other item from the store.I think this is a way for them to cheat customers .Please do not buy these gold certificates from Kalyan Jewellers and also before giving the OTP make sure they show you the coin otherwise u will be stuck like me.
