OYO 2393 Vanraj Palace

Located just near the fort (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The hotel owner Mr.Prashant is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay.nThe rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

The Hotel Staff don't care to check the hotel room and later puts on customer of theft of towel or maybe some other things. Rest the room was decent.

Don't get fooled by the pictures!nThe Room was not clean. Lots of hair on/in the bed that were not from us. The blanket and pillows had a yellow color and looked very old.nNo hot water in the shower. If you shower the whole bathroom was wet because there was no separation. It was very hard to shower because the shower was only dripping little bits of water on you, the rest went in every direction of the room. The toilet was leaking. The TV didn't work.nNothing looked like the pictures online. Can't properly use the rooftop because of a net that blocks any view. The restaurant is very slow, even for the drinks! For breakfast they served us the drinks after we finished the meal. Dinner was alright but also really slow, even though there were only two more people.nThe hotel was really loud even at night. Either the staff nor the other guests closed doors silent or even tried to keep their talking quiet in the night hours.nWe booked a Safari trip via the hotel. After the trip we had several issues with the experience. Don't expect any help form the staff, they won't help you.

Average budget property for short stay. All basic room facilities are available. You can also get safari booked by the hotel. Food was average. You can sit and relax the roof top. Can improve on cleanliness and behaviour of staff. Also shower of the room was not working.
