Hotel Ranthambhore Palace

Do not book this hotel.nThe hotel is run by only 2 persons (which need not be told is insufficient)nnI stayed here for two days from 4th April till 6th April. Let me tell you about the roomsnn1. The rooms are under maintained. There is dust everywhere , below the washhandbasin, in the bathroom, in the bucket everywheren2. The AC does not work in any room more than 24hrsn3. Fans either only work on 3 or 4 speed or do not have the regulators at all. Pathetic!!!n4. Every room size is differentn5. Some bathrooms don't even have an external window. (I mean how?)n6. Rooms are never cleaned once checked in. Neither are you provided with towel or soaps everydayn7. The fittings & furniture are at least 10 year old & some of them not used in years (my brother got an electric shock near the geyser, which the manager said , was because of old instrument)n8. The drinking water is not served in the room (Amazing!!!)nnOn & all a pathetic experience. Never book this one.nnThe manager Mr. Imran is a silver line but even he can't do much when there is so much lagging

The hotel is a good option for those looking for a budget stay near Ranthambore National Park. It is just 2.5 kms from the railway station and about 20-25 minutes away from the entry gates of both zones 1-5 and zones 6-10. The rooms are spacious and the staff is also friendly and cooperative.
