Single platforms and single track and that too short platform. For long train, last 3 r 4 compartments are not having platform to get down. Platform ticket is not required. When i asked for paltfrom ticket in counter they told no need

Looks very tiny station. Doesn't have any seating in platform.nnOnly one shelter was located in ticket counter. Limited number of trains only moves from here. (Origin - Pondicherry (PDY))nnChennai Egmore (MS) , Villupuram (VM) , Tirupati (TPTY) trains only stops here.nnYou can get old model tickets here. You can also view that model below. ( Photo attached ).nnThis station was located nearby National Highway (NH332). Pondicherry bus stand was around 6 Kms from here.
