Very bad quality product.the outer sole of the slipper( Rs. 800 worth ) wears off within 3 months.service in this outlet is even worser. I directly visited and registered my query regard this on October 26.,2020 and called the shop for more than 5 times. They were not responding properly. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED REGARD BOTH THE BATA PRODUCT AND THE DEALER SERVICE .

Staff were polite but insistence of hand sanitizer and mask were missing..even staff weren't wearing one..can't blame thm cause ppl in Trichy don't seem to be bothered about mask or sanitizer..
