Poorly maintained i.e. lighting is poor & contant noise due to the traffic, in bare minimum condition.nMost books are very old, outdated incase you find them. Sadly, the only option in Jhansi.ud83dude14

In this library any facilities are available like news paper , magazines etc for everyone who want go there.Some facilities are after taking membership as Free internet surfing books borrowing etc..nHere membership is life time and when you want to end membership you can take your deposit (sequerity) amount.nSo I like this library.
