Union bank of India Branch Rathyatra crossing, Varanasi Uttar Pradesh, Branch manager behavior is very very poor he is not educated and not able to talk educated persons/ customers and their staffs are very lazy un responsible, according to their Branch manager, staffs and services pls any one don't think to open their account in that bank and branch very poor service and behavior

There is nonsense branch. Staff is 3rd class non-educated.nBranch Manger is not familiar with banking, has become a fisherman.

Worst branch ever...always full of inconvenience everytime we often visit once in a quarter..staffs are mostly old age and arrogant, work slow..we are waiting since 10 am and more than 2hrs has been passer, and they have placed link down board and no one is sitting at their desk, branch manager and assistant manager said to go and ask bsnl why there is delay in network, they confirmed generally this happens many times in this branch.

this is good bank from other banks..................
