A beautiful 2.4 km trek from Sari village, going through a part of village, Cafe Buransh and the temple up to the top of the hill. They have 2-3 resting point on way with benches and shade to sit and rest. The trail can be sunny and hot from April to Oct so carry sunglasses and sun cap. On the way till May 2019 there was no eating point however just 300-500 mtrs before the lake there are a few eating points and dhabbas where they serve you proper meals and snacks. At the lake there is an allotted camping area where you can camp after paying the govt charges.nYou can also trek to Deoriatal from Chopta, 13-14kms trek through the forest. You can stay overnight at the Lake or come back to Sari Village and stay there or in Chopta. Chopta is 30min drive from there.nThere are some staying options of camps around the lake, you can ask at Sari village before you hike up.

A beautiful emerald (colour) lake @ 8000feet. Visit this picturseque place for trekking with excellent views, dense forest and chirpingnbirdies around. The Deoria tal trek is a 3 km long trail starting from Sari village near Ukimath. Along the trail path you'll find several small shops to sit down. There is even a Shiva temple that you'll get to see along the trek and If you feel tired and want to quench your thirst there is even a natural water source (a tap basically) outside the temple premises. Look out for short cuts in between the trek and have a great journey ...enjoy!!!

A small but beautiful lake located at the top of the mountain.nnReaching the lake involves a trek of around 2 km which will take you a little more than expected. The climb is moderate in terms of elevation.nnThere are a few shops available on the way for refreshments.nnThe scenes on the top were very picturesque.
