Best place to give yourself a reboot. Lovely view. The attentiveness and courtesy extended by all staff is their best feature. In order to stay the whole location is extremely beautiful with a view of mountain trees. The restaurant have an excellent service & friendly too. Good food both in variety and tastes.nI really recommend going to Snowpod and enjoying this unique experience ud83dudc4cud83cudffb

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect.

Mismanaged staff. Have to ask or take follow up multiple times for single thing. Even the communication in taking order is pathetic Bathroom smelling . No turn around service on next day of check in for toilet rolls , tea bags, fresh cups nothing of that sort.nnAsked for tea at 5 & a guy came asking what do you want at 6 .imagine the struggle after paying a decent amount for decent treatment as guests

If you love nature and want to feel the essence deeply and than there could not be any better than this because it's a peaceful gateway from maddening metropolitan life and relaxing in nature's lap. Also it's a fantastic place with lush green garden with nice vibe.super friendly and courteous staff too. Tasty food and utmost care taken for covid.

It is a bit expensive but is worth spending as the build up quality of rooms are very good one could get the best staying place nearby at it is the only place with 24 hrs electricity supply even their food were very tasty which includes free breakfast and dinner the only disappointment was that the cottage j stayed in did not save us from cold weather of outside but there are more types of room which does not cause such problems
