Nice ambience. Cleanliness room service is good. Tariff would have been slightly on lower side. But as it is said to be a 3 star hotel it is ok.

An amazing place in the heart of Raipur. Hotel, restaurant and bar all top class. Although a new hotel, a lot of thought has gone into creating the place and the services. My Kind of Place, the bar at The Downton is a wonderful place to have a relaxing evening.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding, a whole sole and a decent place to stay, and very close to railway station.nVery beautiful interior and we'll maintained.nStaff is very humble, well behaved and helpful which is something great about this hotel.nI was disappointed with air conditioner not working properly and wifi not working, they need to focus on that and see that this issue is resolved. Rooms are clean, very beautiful and feels very cosy.nThe Bar Resturant is awesome, like you can get delicious food with drinks in same place. They have firewood pizza available.nMy overall experience was pretty good, I am impressed with their hospitality.

I had lunch with some of my friends we had the veg food specially Panner - it was delicious and even the Pizza was awesome, The service was excellent.
