The cab and driver were very good. The supporting staff could have been better especially present at Raipur Airport. You ask them a query and instead of listening to you they keep on discussing their affairs. I had to ask 5 times to get the first response.

Even I requested to have an early pickup and without any questions and delay it has been provided to me.nReally loved the service. I booked the cab for my daughter from Raipur airport on April 9th, I was in constant touch with the agency as I had booked it well in advance over a day ahead. But just a few hours before landing Rahul travels asked for additional Rs 1000 payment (to double the online fee that I had already paid which was Rs 1000) and threatened to cancel unless i make this payment. I had no problem paying this if they had disclosed this at the beginning but holding a needy customer, threatening to cancel last minute is very unprofessional of this company. I do believe this is more to do with the person I was dealing with because this is the first time this kind of an issue happened. Hi Hope Rahul travels corrects this and ensures justified customer service.
