Good hardware.. Badly maintained software. Breakfast spread is bare minimum does not match with the room rates. Spread is equivalent to a hotel charging around 1,000 per room night. Occupancy ratio can be a factor.. I saw only 10 line items in the guest list.nnTravelers familiar with Hyderabad, Beware of the name CHUTNEYS outside the hotel... only name is same.. No where close to quality.nnThey have served everything available in the breakfast but for water.

The way of recieving people and the room services are too worst and not even responding. And the base price of the room is very high though this is 3 star hotel compared to other 5 star hotels

Images while booking and the rooms at hotel does not match. When we ask the hotel staff the same, they said that they do not even have kind of rooms. Overpriced for the rooms we have been given. Never will book through Oyo again.
