Staff behaviour is very bad, unprofessional. If you need to do some paperwork they will make you to come several timesnEven they ask for money for faster transaction of withdrawal

Worst services.Except the branch manager of the pathsala bazar branch ,all the other employees are nothing but a bunch of crooks,KAAMCHORS..... Specially the person who is in charge of distributing the various forms,he hardly knows anything in his field...nobody wants to help customers in any way ,except the branch manager who is superb in response.....for hours at a stretch they would take lunch break,call break and what not, without bothering about the customer's inconvenience..if you have enough time to spare from your hectic schedule daily,you are always welcome there!!!! Just check it out!!!!

The SBI pathsala branch is a very busy branch. The daily customer always stands here in a Q before opening the door. Regular business customers, pensioners of central and state governments, government transactions, salary bills from different govt. offices make the branch a crowdy place. Due to maximum work loads, sometimes the behaviour of few employees of the branch is noticed by many customers.
