Best Homestay.. I as A DJ and govt employee - engineer, had a good hospitality from the staff.. But hope the keep more clean, n cleaner the room, especially toilets..

I have had the worst experience here. The room was full of dust. The bedsheet gave me rashes. The bathroom was dirty and smelly . The towel was smelly. The tv was not working. The food menu is not what they are offering. The room didn't have power backup so had to stay in dark when they had a powercut. On top of all this the staffs were not helpful at all. They didn't even change the room when we made the complaint to goibibo. Never book in this hotel. if you don't want the same experience stay away from this hotel.

the property is a great one. but due to lack of maintenance it is getting worst. the room no.which was first alloted had no gyeser and there was no water in bathroom as well. upon repeated request it was unheard. as we reached late we had no option to shift to other room besides cold weather outside. later we had to request to shift to another room where water was available but geyser again was not working. we had to pay extra for the room. also there are no arrangements for dinner. we had to order it from outside by own. linen were dirty as well. overall experience was bad.

Neat and comfortable place, caretakers were fine except that it was on my insistence that I was given hot water and other basics. Somewhere found proactiveness missing in the caretakers. At one point of time, I was told that I can't be given hot water because guests have occupied all the rooms, and I was wondering whether I am not a guest as well. However on insistence they finally boiled water in the kitchen. I was given a common toilet in another floor, however that's still manageable. Rest everything went well.
