Extremely incompetent, arrogant, and ill-mannered. On the verge of being hooligans. The place takes shipments from anywhere and everywhere and delivers none of them. They always deny delivery of couriers placed via them and blame it on the region. Everywhere covered by the PIN code is unserviceable then why the hell is the PIN covered by DTDC?

sent a company courrier through this service been over a month and yet it has not been delivered, also been calling the customer service for over a week but no clear response from them always delaying the response, at least if it not delivered tell us the exact reason and expected date it would be delivered, this is utter unprofessionalismnand i am blacklisting this service from company.
