Rooms where little spooky ...management was not co operative ..mosquitoes wont allowed to sleep..over all it was not satisfactory .

Best place for couple ànd family.. facility is average.. everything was good but the quality of food is not too good... behaviour of staff is good in this resturant..and the location of the hotel is near the ramna maidan..u can easily go there from station by the help of risksaw and auto..

Don't go there because room is too dirty and not maintained and too small . But resturant staff is too helpful and cooperative. Room is not good and almirah and not properly built.

After reaching hotel ,they provide me a room were ac was not working properly, inspite of all the rooms were vaccant they had provided me the last room of their hotel inspite of lift was non operational. They told me that in lockdown we won't entertain guest but as I had booked online hence they were bound to give me a room. Their restaurant was also non operational so for food everytime I had to go outside. Even TV was also not working. Electricity was a major issue with this hotel in one day almost 8 hours I had lived without electricity. So from my side a big no for this hotel, pathetic experience.

Worst service.. I recommend all of you don't stay in this hotel. Tap not working..lots of mosquitoes. Bad room service. Dirty rooms
