I am the on of the labour of this company . The i asked the supervisor that i ll be late so he said uh can have a half day.so it was my night shift. i went near about 7’clock ..in suddenly i came in capry nd the security guard asked me to not come in capry.. he asked me to go and change capry but i said him that thEre are my clothers inside the locker i ll change there change there because i dont wana.be laate for my work nd security changed the topic nd asked ne to get a mail from ur supervisor nd i called there nd asked them to mail t hen but after that i dont noe woet theh talked on call to eachh otherthan the security guard came near me nd said me that you should come tommorrow but what about half say nd half payment. is this security guard or supervisor gonan a give my half payment ?.. firstlly of all this company should give all instructions that what a labourer should come in wearning from home or should give there own dress to wear . If a labour person had kept his clothes in locker for doing work than he should either come in capry or in box .. if these instrucriona should be given firstly that you should not come in such wearning’s ..they just jive the instructions about shoes,mask,helmet glubs that tot be kept in locker ..than there is no ony reason that what a person should come by wwearning from his home afteroll his whole savings things are kept inside the locker before working for work..nthe main issue is that company should gave a inStruction list before working in the company.
