Would like to give minus rating.. very very rude behaviour of hotel staff. PreBooked hotel via oyo n after reaching thr denied to give any room.. very rude..disgusting

Not a good place to be here... Staff is impolite... No customer support. I stayed here for only 8 hr and service was terrible.. rooms and qashroom were smelly.. when we told the staff to spray some room freshner they were too rude and didn't even spyared and told us that it is what they have and we can't do anything for it.. morning breakfast was cold.. room service was horrible and they were also not cooperating. Even they didn't provide adequate things for our stay

my experience was very bad they are not reliable. i booked a room but when i reached they refuse to give. also do not treat well.
