Worst experience.. Sheets were dirty.. Blanket was dirty.. Wifi only reaches until 1st floor.. Room doesn't look like the pictures at all
We had a 2 room booking in which one was in dirty condition with hairs on pillow cover and dirty blanket. And in the second room the ac was non functional for which we asked for refund but we did not receive any response. Both the rooms were too small according the hotel rooms all over seen. Inspite of doing checkin for only one room we didn’t receive refund or any response from hotel manager or the booking site MakeMyTrip.curtains were dirty, even complimentary water was not good . Totally bad.
