It's a centrally located hotel with excellent staff.nThe rooms are clean and well kept.nFood is excellent,a regular at their coffee shop and restaurant.

The hotel is a fabulous place to stay in. The room and the furnishings are flush, beautiful and comfortable, and the food is hearty and tasty. The manager, Mrs Gill, is a wonderful woman who will go out of her way to accomodate all your requests. The hotel is a very safe place to stay for single girls, because Mrs Gill ensures that. The rest of the staff is very polite and professional, and will ensure that you have a memorable stay.

Fantastic hotel. Food is very very good and rooms are clean and tidy.nnWell sanitised rooms and all staff takes proper COVID 19 precautions.

Poor basic amenities, inside the room and centralized AC not working, have to request more than 3 times.n2 out of 3 plug points not working and when mentioned staff reaction is quite rude. They are charging sky-high prices for normal water.nFeel cheated in the hotel as my friend marriage is being held here and earlier, we said to them we will do the payment in the morning and they are ok with that but later near midnight they asking for payment and they are quite rude in that.
