1) During check out reception didn't take card & Wallet/UPI(PaytM/ G-pay) saying its very cold thus these services are not working. quite funny.n2) Rooms are clean , but rest of hotel is Super dirtyn3) Lifts ( level 3/4 from ground) dont work so if you have luggage or old people with you DONT stay in this hotel.n4) Room service is kind of average. Breakfast if part of room deal : you will only get omelette , breads & pratha -thatsit.n5) Plus point is location : close to shopping hub, nice government parking, eating places.

A good place to stay with affordable expenses. Need improvements in rest rooms tiles and sanitary fittings. But otherwise very good. Atmosphere, staff everything was too good.

I had hassle free stay. No complains as such.nComplimentary breakfast was distasteful.nFront desk guy could have been more polite if you are in service industry. Rest staff were nice. Location was good and it has lift.

The reception has no sense of hosting their customers. They even humiliate their customers. And service very poor and rooms are not clean. worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. I suggest do not book any rooms in this hotel. They even charge you so much money and hotel not worth it. They also charge extra money for food also.

Had a comfortable stay here. The rooms were well maintained but washrooms were in pretty bad shape. TV remote had some issue but the beds were quite cozy and well maintained.nFood served at the hotel was quite good. It was entirely worth spending on. Had my breakfast and dinner both at the hotel itself. Had ordered paneer butter masala and the food just kept me wondering with the amount of Paneer it had. It was awesome.
