Very rude behaviour . Called to ask for a book and they said it was available. But when I went to the store in sec 34 the person said that they don’t have it and he was even rude instead of being sorry . During this covid lockdown it is very difficult to go to a stationary shop and even if we do they behave like their customers are group of stupid’s . Not expected
Very poor communication. Untrustworthy.nOrdered a LKG bookset online and one book was missing from the set. No one responded properly on multiple follow ups. They neither sent the missing book nor refunded the money for that book.
