The place is located at the center of the Tibetan colony. The room was well kept and the staff were friendly. We booked a double bed room and the space was ample enough. There was geyser and kettle for use along with some tea bags. Food can be ordered through the service and there are many restaurants nearby also to try out new Tibetan cuisine. Can do some shopping also in the nearby shops

The AC’s are hard to cool the room which is small anyways. And the antique lock system - obviously to save electricity for the hotel while charging more than the average hotel does isn’t reasonable. But it’s easy to get in an out of the narrow street of MT if that’s what you are looking for.

Tsampa house has a newly opened cafe WID a hotel to stay, as everyone know dat Mt has the cheapest rooms and best environment and friendly place in India after mcloed ganj, parking place is bit tight but for hangout and party, u can eat anything n roam anywhere, nobody is going to question u, God bless all
