I had a pleasant stay at the property. The staff was really cordial and humble and was on their toes 24 hours. I really liked the food and the ambiance! Thanks for the amazing services.

Superb 5* hotel in east Delhi. The staff has great hospitality. Food n snacks are also okay. The entrance is little narrow as compared to other many similar hotels in NCR and a bit more cleanliness is expected too. If I'm not wrong, the swimming pool was also missing.nnI'd definitely like to visit again. Highly recommended for business meet or for organizing a celebration with a gathering up to 250 people.nnCheers guys!

We were recently called by them since they have collaborated with the courtyard holidays. We were told to visit their convention regarding they offering us some vouchers if we plan to stay again in one of their properties. We accepted and planned to go since we haven't been anywhere since the pandemic started and we thought this could help us of we are planning to invest. But out experience was so horrible. The staff was incompetent, they didn't know anything about 5 star hosting. They didn't even offer us water. After complaining about the behaviour they stated it as it was because of the virus. So why call us to the hotel and waste our time since the point was just to make is fill a form and leave. We couls happily do it in the comfort of our home and mail it to them. Why call us in the hotel in the first place just to humiliate someone. It was a sad experience
