It was just dissatisfied stay for me..i only loved the bed..but not happy with washroom which has a broken tap and one of basin was giving electric shock not really safe to use..when all this was shared with the lady at reception she said that sending a boy to the room to check but the boy never came and no apologies were extended and it was just a careless attitude of giving service, later could not turn on the TV and had to call reception for the same so the boy came after half and hour but he did a good job....but there were all useless channels on tv not good enough to watch, today when breakfast was ordered with the tea and it was served by a boy and i was told that tea is pending which he is sending right now but again it never came,...during checkout only signature was taken and did not ask about the comfort during the stay...that was all ...thank you soo much for such a great service

I was denied check in and they discriminate between people. Zero ratings if there was a choice.
