This lady is useless over there. Not helpful at all. She should be sent for special training not only for how to speak to customers but also for basic soft skills.nShe thinks she is doing favour to customers and her father owns MI.nI even observed her to talk harshly with simple village people who come to store. And she thinks she doing great service to humanity for working during Covid19. Now on no buying MI and I will tell all my friends etc not to buy MI. if the company can not employ professional representatives to deal with customers it's pointless to go to service center and buy the product ud83dude21ud83dude21

The lady is at the desk thinks she owns MI and she is doing free service to us...very rude behaviour..staff is untrained completely..they dnt know what to do and quote almost to a new phone..this is 2nd time experience both the time same rudly behaviour as if they are doing cardiac surgery for a free... Shame on you..since this i swear i wnt be buying MI PHONE FROM NOW NT BCZ OF COMPANY but bcz of this foolish people who wants 350 just to talk with you rudely and quote you the amount of new...complete waste...no stars

Awsome customer service center

The lady siting at customer service desk is useless and should be trainied in how to speak to customers and she should be told she is just an employee there and doesn't own company.nTeach her how to talk to customers and surprisingly she is employed there as she doesn't have any problem solving skills and is very unprofessional.
