So Many Books But Such Shabby Management and Dare I Mention, Worst Staff I've Come Across. No Visitor/Student From Affiliated College Has Access To The Library. Such a Waste Of Knowledge. I was asked to wait outside the library for 3 HOURS, Only To Be Told To Come Again Tomorrow, To Access a Single Reference! And Why Wouldn't It Be This Bad, It's Kashmir University. So, No Surprises There!

Not a really good place to look for books if you're not on rolls of the university. The place doesn't allow entry to people not enrolled.
